1 Peter 4:7 (KJV)
7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 (KJV)
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Corinthians 15:52 (KJV)
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Matthew 24:36 (KJV)
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Matthew 24:42 (KJV)
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

1 Thessalonians 5:1-4 (KJV)
1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Watch and pray. Look up for your redemption is drawing nigh. No one knows the day nor the hour, but the signs of the end time are all around us. This is not a time to be complacent in our walk with the Lord. It is not a time to let down our guard of protection for our souls. One day it will happen. There will be a trumpet sound, and everything will be changed. Watch and pray! Paul said it profoundly that we are the children of the light and when the Lord comes there will be signs that will make us aware that it is about to take place. When the Lord comes it will be like in the days of Noah. Noah preached for 120 years and when the animals miraculously began to board the ark that should have been sign enough that maybe this old man was speaking truth. What is it going to take to wake up our world? Watch and pray! What are we watching? John wrote the words of Jesus that he received in his vision of the Revelations, “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.” We are watching to make sure we are covered with the robe of righteousness. When we are watching for the coming of the Lord we are blessed. Receive your blessings today and be excited about the soon return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalm 100:1-5 (KJV)
1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Shout for Joy! Start your morning with thanksgiving and gladness in the presence of the Lord. Start your day knowing that the Lord has made you and knows everything about you. Understanding that the analogy of being a sheep in his fold means he is the great Shepherd who will lead you into green pastures. Trust in his guidance to lead you into abundance. It is important to start the day with worship by being thankful. There are so many things to be thankful for but choose a few and declare them. Glorify the Lord and bless his name because he has been good. He has blessed you with an everlasting mercy and truth. Receive your blessings today and be embraced with mercy and truth.

Psalm 147:3 (KJV)
3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

Luke 4:18 (KJV)
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

There is healing for the body that is subject to diseases and sickness. There is healing for the soul because of sin and can only be healed by saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Then there is healing for the human spirit. The times when we face issues that break our hearts. It could be when we lose someone we love because of death. It could be when a relationship has gone awry and causes a separation between two people who vowed to love each other forever. It could even be when friends are at odds because of some petty disagreement or with a family member that has done some disappointing action. Whatever situation you may be going through with another individual the Lord is there to heal the brokenness of your heart. The emotional trauma you are experiencing will soon past in the presence of the Lord. It is not a time to withdraw but to encourage yourself in the Lord. It is a time to sing, to walk among the creation of the Lord, and to help others. Life does not stop and what you are going through will eventually make you stronger. Hold on to the promises of the Lord and continue to expect the blessings of the Lord to flow each day. Receive what blessings are flowing today and receive the strength to make it through whatever has broken your heart.
