John 14:12-14 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

What are some of things that Jesus did that should raise our confidence to believe?

John 2:    Turned water into wine

Mark 1 and Luke 4:   Demon possessed man is healed

Matthew 8, Mark 1, and Luke 5 & 17:   Leper cleansed (just a note: during that time leprosy was one of the worse diseases. It scarred an individual terribly and eventually brought death. Jesus not only healed the lepers but there was one that returned that Jesus made whole by removing all the scarring)

Matthew 8 and Luke 7:  Centurion’s slave was healed. This miracle of healing was different in that Jesus was not present at the time of healing. The Centurion believed if Jesus just spoke words of healing the young man would be healed and he was.

Matthew 9, Mark 5, and Luke 8:  Afflicted woman was healed. She had a disease for 12 years, went to many physicians but it was not until she believed if she touched the garment of Jesus she could be healed. She was completely healed.

Matthew 9:  Blind were healed. It was not until they cried out to Jesus. He asked them if they believed he could heal their eyes. According to their faith they were healed.

Matthew 14, Mark 6, Luke 9, and John 6:  Five thousand plus were fed with five loaves and two fishes.

Mark 7:  Deaf man was healed who could not hear nor speak.

John 11:  Raised Lazarus from the dead on the fourth day. (It is significant because in that period of time it was believed that someone could come back to life in three days but after that it was impossible.)

Luke 14:  Man with dropsy (swollen in the joints) was healed

There are more miracles that are found in the gospels that I have not mentioned. I just mentioned a few so that you can familiarize yourself with some of the miracles of healing to build your faith. According to your faith. Lord help us to believe your words, “greater works than these shall he do” and that whatsoever we ask in your name Jesus will be done.  Lord bless your people by sweeping through our land the revival of faith to believe in the miraculous. Receive your blessing today.
